Cancellations requested 15-29 days before the first day of the actual reservation may choose between a 90% refund and a full credit good for a full year.

Cancellations requested less than 14 days before the first day of the reservation will receive a 100% credit. Your card will be charged for the full amount of the stay and a full credit will be issued to you for a future stay good for 12 months from the date of the original reservation.

Kalaekilohana is non-smoking inn. Smoking is permitted on the lawn.

As is the custom, we check our shoes at the door. Therapeutic indoor shoes are permitted.

Check in is after 3 p.m. Please let us know if you will be checking in after dark.
