Accommodations

• Kalaekilohana has four large rooms and can house up to 12.
• A whole house reservation is required for special events.
• A three-night minimum is required.

Group Size

• Kalaekilohana is best suited to events for 75 persons or less.
• We can accommodate more with the addition of our front awning.

Event Planning

• Kalaekilohana Inn & Retreat requires a $1000 non-refundable facility and planning fee.
• This allows your event to be blocked off so planning can begin.
• An additional fee will be required for each day with a separate planned event.
• Kalaekilohana handles all event coordination, food catering, and decor in-house.

Payments

• All payments are by check only and are non-refundable.
• Date changes are not allowed within 6 months of the event.

Insurance

• Additional Insurance Rider may be required.
